About The Event
Once you have registered, we will confirm there is a place for your child and send you a link to finalise your payment. (We do try to keep the timetable updated regularly, and you can check to see if a class is full via the website timetable, but you can request to go on a waiting list in this registration form.
Please note your place in the class will not be finalised until payment systems have been activated and completed with in 7 days of your enrolment submission. We will calculate your due fee's, apply multi class discounts and direct you to a payment portal after this registration form has been submitted.
All multi class packages can be shared with siblings and there is a $12.50 registration fee per family.

Payment options include - Term upfront payments - Credit - EFT or Monthly/Termly Installments via subscription (auto credit debit). 4 weeks notice prior to a new term is required to cancel for all payment options.
Terms and Conditions
Terms and Conditions for Term payments: First payment is always pro rata effective from the first class that takes place after payment is made until the end of the term. Continual payments are based on the number of weeks within the upcoming school term. There are no credits for missed classes as you are paying for your child’s place in the class but you can book in for a make up lesson for any class that suits your child's level on another day of the week. There are no refunds if your child leaves the studio before the term course is ﬁnished, and our terms ask for 4 weeks notification prior to a new term if you are not coming back to the studio or we will require a 4 week payment for your enrolled classes. Late payments due to expired or cancelled credit cards may result in a late payment admin fee of $10.50 - we will give you a few friendly reminders.
Terms and Conditions for Monthly payment system: This is a subscription system, automatic debits monthly from your credit card. You will need to offer 4 weeks notice before a new term to cancel payments. There are no credits for missed classes as you are paying for your child’s place in the class but you can book in for a make up lesson for any class that suits your childs level on another day of the week. Late payments due to expired or cancelled credit cards may result in a late payment admin fee of $10.50. Monthly installment subscriptions will continue until you notify firstname.lastname@example.org of your intention to cancel and 4 weeks notice is required so please notify us in early December if your child is not continuing at the centre in 2020. Payments are always pro rata so you will be charged for the number of weeks per term paid in 3 installments.

Term upfront payments not on auto debit will require a 30% deposit of your termly enrolment commitment which is fully refundable at the end of your enrolment if you comply with our cancellation policy. This policy is to ensure we have suffice time to fill your child's place if you leave. For all enrolments, 4 weeks notice prior to a new term is our cancellation policy - this cancellation policy is also applicable to a new calendar year. So please notify us with in the 1st week of December if you wish not to continue the following year. Please email cancellations to email@example.com.
Classes only operate during school terms and not during holidays and not on public holidays. If you are on auto debit and it is an 11 week term you will only be charged for an 10 week term, but a separate payment for the extra week will be charged to your account. If the school term starts midweek, but your child's class was on a Monday you will still be charged for Monday, however you can book in for a make up lesson or pick up service on any operational day of the week. We will need @ least10 days notice to organise a pick up service on a different day for your child.
